Call for Art: The Art of Mental Health and Wellness

We are currently seeking quality artwork from artists, clients and professionals for this special installation. Artwork should reflect the theme of the show.

Drop off artwork Tuesday, January 31 and Wednesday, February 1 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Selection Requirements:

  • A completed Entry Form which includes a completed Artist Statement (8 ½ x 5 ½) typed in Times New Roman 12pt. font.
  • Artwork I.D. and Wall Label Information form attached to the artwork which includes: your name, artwork title, media and price (or the value of your work if it is not for sale.) See labels attached, or labels will be available at the gallery.  
  • No more than 4 entries per person

Gallery East is located in the building marked Education Center (EEC) which is best accessed from Robert Bishop Drive, off of Harvard Road.  Permit parking is available in the adjacent ‘H’ parking lots.  Permits are available inside the building. 

Please do not drop off artwork at Ursuline College.

All work must be ready to hang, or will not be accepted.  You will be notified only if your work has not been accepted.  Works that are not accepted will need to be picked up.

Pick up Artwork:           

Monday, March 19 and Tuesday, March 20:
11:00am to 7:00pm                

Artwork not picked up at these times will be used to raise funds for next year’s show.

Sales and Insurance: Artwork may be for sale or not for sale. The gallery will not take a percentage of the sale.  Work is not insured by the gallery, but an attendant is on duty when the gallery is open.
