Clinical Supervision Strategies: Building Resilience in your Staff

You are invited to attend the Clinical Supervision Strategies, Building Resilience in Your Staff training on Thursday, May 24, 2012, from 1:00-4:00 p.m.  It will be held at Trinity Commons located at 2230 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland .

 

Learn how to provide clinical supervision to your staff and simultaneously help them develop the skills to avoid burnout, achieve work/life balance, and reach their maximum potential as a clinician.  When the work is hard, and not going to get any easier, resilience is the key factor in employee success.  Learn how to maximize the resilience of your clinical team, and watch them thrive!

  • Identify characteristics of resilient people
  • Develop skills necessary to effectively coach your team towards a higher level of personal and professional resilience

About the trainers:

Johni Fiber, PCC-S, has her M.Ed. in Counseling from Kent State University, and is the Coordinator for AssistNOW, Recovery Resources EAP division.  Johni has extensive experience as a clinical counselor in community behavioral healthcare settings and private practice.  She is a skilled trainer, and regularly facilitates presentations on various clinical topics, including best practice trauma treatment, management strategies, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.

 

Jennifer Tulli, LISW-S, LCDC III, has her M.S.W. from Rutgers University, and is the Program Manager of Recovery Resources Lakewood office.  Jennifer is an experienced practitioner and clinical supervisor, and has practiced in hospital, community and private practice settings with diverse populations.  She is a nationally certified Mental Health First Aid trainer, and has facilitated a number of behavioral health trainings for social service professionals.

 

Cost of the training is $40 ($20 for Recovery Resources employees) and pre-payment is suggested (cash, check or credit card).
