A Mother’s Journey takes the viewer on a 10-year journey through loneliness, heartbreak, rejection, fear and faith. Through the use of photography, 2-D and 3-D objects, fiber art and homemade paper, the symbolism of how a mother responds to, and accepts, the diagnosis of a child with mental illness will inspire and awe the viewer.

Gallery hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. The gallery is closed on Sundays. The exhibition, artist talk and reception are free and open to the public.
