Online registration is now available for Expressive Arts Therapies As Medicine: Creativity, Health & Healing, our Spring Institute, which will be held in Alexandria, VA from April 12-14, 2013, just minutes from the Washington, DC Cherry Blossom Festival. This exciting continuing education opportunity offers creative arts therapists, healthcare professionals, arts professionals, and interested others the chance to come together to learn, collaborate, and network.

The theme of this year's Spring event refers to the wide range of healthcare and medical situations where arts therapists empower people to manage mind, body, and spirit. Meeting the daily challenge of helping patients and families face a multitude of illnesses, chronic pain, and even death creatively, these clinicians have a great deal to teach therapists in any setting about work with clients of all ages and needs.
