The supervisor functions in many different capacities, shifting back and forth through different roles. The boundaries of these roles are not always clear. Attendees of this workshop will learn constructive methods for developing clear boundaries with supervisees. Additional topics such as monitoring, documenting, and accountability will also be addressed.
